HEBREW PROPHETS

Hebrew prophets, found in the Old Testament (or the Hebrew Bible), are individuals who served as messengers of God, conveying divine messages and guidance to the people of Israel. They are broadly categorized into “Former Prophets” (Joshua, Judges, Samuel, and Kings) and “Latter Prophets,” which include the major prophets (Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Daniel) and the minor prophets (Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi).
